Hold to Earn Overview
Concepts
First things first, nothing can move further or go deeper without fully understanding the concept of Hold to Earn. Just as its name implies, the holding means earning! And given the context of Baby Wonderland is fundamental to the BABY tokenomics, you can easily link these two together. This is the new way to earn on Baby MetaFi. Other than the stake, trade, and other Act-to-Earn methods, you can simply HOLD the Lands and earn! Holding more land comes with larger profits and great earnings. As we all know that holding is a great and effortless way to be crypto-rich.
Next, the land is not only a beautiful and cozy place to live, socialize, and have fun, but more features will also be added to the land assets you own. The first and core feature that stands out amongst all is Prosperity Points, which all land possesses naturally and differs in rarity, size, and some other factors that will be explained later.
Prosperity Points in Different Rarities
We have two different rarities for each land: Normal and Premium, and the Prosperity Points for the Normal land will be 100, and 120 for Premium land. No need to worry if the Premium land will be way too expensive to acquire! The price is the same for each rarity and the chances are even and equal. Mint your land on Baby Wonderland and the land being minted will be distributed randomly in both location and rarity. Therefore, the more lands you mint, the higher possibilities to get Premium lands, and the higher Prosperity Points you can get, which come directly with the profit you can earn out of it on the daily basis!
Prosperity Points in Different Sizes
In terms of land sizes, we have 1*1 land and 3*3 land for sale, where 3*3 lands on Main Land were out of stock in 17 minutes right after Baby Wonderland went live. However, you still acquire larger land by merging your land properties. You can merge 4 (1x1) nearby lands to a 2x2 land (must be a square), or 9 (1x1) lands to a 3x3 land. More lands adjacent to each other can be merged into larger squares. If you can’t get the nearby lands directly, you can
- Go to BabySwap NFT Market to search for your desired land with specific coordinates, which will lead you to the land directly by clicking on the coordinate.
- Filter out the land in rarity and size on Baby Wonderland to collect lands and to merge.
Each merged land will have multipliers as below:
2*2 will have a 1.5x multiplier
3*3 will have a 2.5x multiplier
4*4 will have a 3.5x multiplier
5*5 will have a 4.5x multiplier
6*6 will have a 5.5x multiplier
…
If a Premium land merged with other 8 normal adjacent lands into a 3*3 land, the land in a total of 9 and in the status of ‘merged’ will be recognized as a Premium land as a whole, and the Prosperity Points for each land will be counted as 120 for 9 lands. When you unmerged, the lands will go back to their original rarities and Prosperity Points. This only works when there is at least one Premium land for merge, 9 Normal lands will still be merged as Normal land.
Prosperity Points Calculation in Various Senarios
If user A owns 16 Land with 3 of them being Premium and 13 of them being Normal, with different combinations and locations, the total PP will be displayed differently from approximately 1,660 to 6,720.

Method 1: 16 of 1*1 lands — Total Prosperity Points = 1,660
100*13+120*3
Method 2: 4 of 2*2 lands with 2 of them being Premium — Total Prosperity Points = 2,640
(120*4)*1.5+(100+100+100+100)*1.5+(100+100+100+100)*1.5+(120*4)*1.5
Method 3: 1 of 4*4 land — Total Prosperity Points = 6,720
(120*16)*3.5
Other Factors
Not only land rarity and size, there are some other factors will affect your Prosperity Points. For examples, users with certain NFTs have the privilege to take advantage of it as the Landlord on your land. Such as Baby Wealthy Club NFTs, where Wealthy babies can be used as the Landlord to add Prosperity Point to your land. More NFT collections to be announced. On the other hand, we have resources and buildings later on which also increase the Prosperity Point.
Also, don’t forget about Lands on other islands. The Prosperity Points for land on other islands won’t be the same as the lands on the Main Land, the points will be relatively low. So, early gem finders and strong believers will always get the most benefits while new babies can still join the Wonderland, because you can always earn by holding any land on Baby Wonderland.
Last but not the least, how the output of 2 BABY/block will be distributed to Baby Wonderland relies on your Properity Points and the Prosperity Points overall of all the lands being minted. Your proportion is: Your Prosperity Points/Overall Prosperity Points in percent. Hold and earn are two necessary conditions strictly bound together, one increases with the other raises! Btw, land we are saving for marketing and the City Center, which is 10 of 12*12 and 1 of 30*30, in a total of 2,340, will not be counted to share the output.
