It’s our responsibility to be your secured haven, and we do everything to protect our babies🤜. Currently, we have multiple protections on BabySwap, your funds are SAFU and it will be more secured as we developed! More surveillance cameras and security guards are needed.😎 SECURITY FIRST is our first rule!
Protections on BabySwap
1) Prevention
Everything, I mean EVERYTHING, should be tested and audited before deployment! We’ve had connections with our friend CertiK from day one — our full audit report before launch was made by them! BabySwap values security as the most essential element, so we continually upgrade along with the security intelligence from CertiK, to make a better version of BabySwap. As of today, CertiK has audited:
- Full service including Swap, Farm, and Pool, before launch;
- Timelock Contract;
- Burn Contract.
We will have more innovative services in the future, such as services related to NFT, and so on, and each of them is going to be checked carefully by CertiK. We believe it’s necessary to have professionals like Certik to check before we deploy, and we will adjust accordingly!
2) Real-time Monitor
Other than prevention we have above, we also cooperate with CertiK using their Skynet service. Skynet is an ongoing scan that monitors BabySwap’s situation 24/7 to make sure our babies are safe and healthy. Let’s give our babies a better place to grow!
Skynet is a unified set of security tool chains that leverages automated technologies to check deployed smart contracts against a wide range of known vulnerabilities at scale. It produces accurate smart contract security scores, which indicate the risk potential for hacks and code malfunctions.
Skynet consists of a combination of static and dynamic technologies, which we call Security Primitives. Security Primitives are similar to security service endpoints but are used for scanning smart contracts. Each Security Primitive assesses a specific security area against a smart contract and assigns a security score between 0–100.
Currently, there are five QuickScan Security Primitives from two categories (Static and Dynamic). We are actively integrating new Security Primitives into QuickScan. That being said, a smart contract will be scanned against 5 thorough security checks for one run of the QuickScan. Depending on the complexity, it may take up to 6 hours for completion as Security Primitives requires huge volumes of computational resources.
And BabySwap is doing well on the score with daily improvement. BabySwap has scored 89 as of today, since we are new to the market, and the Market Volatility part is still in progress. We believe, while we BUIDL, we will soon be a full-credit baby💯
3) Transparency
Although we are new to the market, there is another place for you to check our status — Info Page.
You can always search tokens and pairs in the searching bar for detailed information, such as their liquidity and trading volume on BabySwap. Meanwhile, you can also check on activities of a specific address to see how they play on BabySwap.
Be transparent using numbers is our ultimate goal ❤️
BabySwap is Reliable
With so many security concerns going on in the crypto world, BabySwap is a DEX you can rely on. We chose to fork PancakeSwap to develop our basic functions such as swap, farms, and pools because essentially we think PancakeSwap is an outstanding DEX on BSC, and it’s a great sample to learn from. We have made innovations on the basis of fork, such as trade mining, etc. Since we ask for audit for every improvement, please bear with us if it takes more time to deploy them. The slower our deployment be, the faster BabySwap can grow.
